How can I make changes to my order?

Simply email us at info@goclaso.com within 12 hours or before confirmation of your order. Be sure to include your order number! Otherwise, if it is the device type, case type or colour that you would like to adjust, please also let us know the details in email. After 12 hours or confirmation, we will not be able to entertain any design changes since the case crafting process would have begun.


How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, kindly leave us an email on support@goclaso.com or reach us on 080-42118878.

If its 13 days and you’ve haven't received your case yet, call us on 080-42118878 for an update on your order.


How do I gift a case to someone?

Well done of you! You can gift the case by simply changing the billing address at the checkout page and you can choose the Gift Box option with a hand written message option as well and you’re done. Be sure to select a different billing address & phone number so that we can send you the updates when the case is out for delivery.

Your designs are unlike anything I’ve ever seen before, what material is made up of?

Each of our cases are 3D printed, so you’ll be holding in your hands a case that is crafted by the worlds most advanced technologies. Our cases are made of a polycarbonate material which is a special hard plastic at its core, whereas the touch and feel of the cases are smooth like silk with a matte finish.


Are your phone cases hard or soft?

Our Cases are made of polycarbonate with a fixed shape and is a hard material, and not a soft rubber or silicon.


I want to customise a case?

Of course you can. Just head over to our customized cases & if you have any specific design you want to share with us, you can directly mail us on support@goclaso.com & we’ll get back to you on it. What is the Forever Good Guarantee ?

The Forever Good Guarantee is our Lifetime Warranty on our cases & their design. We provide a Lifetime Warranty on the Colour & Material of the case, if anything happens to the cases ever, bring it back to us and we’ll fix/reprocess it and send you a brand new looking case.


What’s included in the Forever Good Guarantee?

Well almost everything except:

  • Defection caused by any other incidents, including misinstallation, damage caused by the user, or misuse or mishandling of product, can not be applied for this warranty
  • Normal wear and tear of product use
  • Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use
  • Use of the product other than for its intended purpose
  • Damage caused by improper or unauthorised repair or maintenance
  • Product that has been modified or altered

We generally take 13 days to dispatch the cases once its crafted.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping!


When will you ship my order?

Orders will be processed within 10 business days, since each case is Made to Order-your case(s) will be made individually when you place your order specially for you.


Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods.Customs and Postal Service may also require extra time to work on the processing / delivery during peak season or before major festivals (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Christmas) . For details on public holidays in the destination country, please refer to the local government website. Please also note that delays may occur as a result of pending payment authorisations.

How long does shipping normally take?

For US orders:

Shipping: 3-5 business days

For UK/AUS/CAN/EUROPE orders :

Shipping: 3-5 business days

For other country orders:

Shipping: 5-10 business days

The above are estimated time required by the logistic service and does not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country.In some cases the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery


Import & Duty :

Countries outside the United States may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.

Returns & Replacements:

Of course! We're 100% committed to making you happy. Each case is hand checked by a member of our team before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to ensure your case arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.

Should you wish to return your item(s), please kindly email us with the reason of return,within 10 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable).

To request further instructions on how to return your order, please email us at wizards@goclaso.com. Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.

Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. If the payment was made using credit / debit card or bank account, there might be a lead time required by PayPal to set up the credit transaction with your bank.

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items.Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team.

Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

What if there is an issue with the case I received?

If you have received a case that was defective or damaged, you will need to inform us within 24hours of the case being delivered so that we can raise it with our team and give you a replacement case.


I need to return the product?

We do take returns if the there is any manufacturing defects from our end, this happens rarely as every product is hand crafted and rigorously checked before dispatch, if at all you have any concern relating returns you can reach us on +91-80-42118878 or write us a mail at support@goclaso.com please contact us and provide us your Order ID # and photo(s) of defect for evaluation. We would be happy to help you.

What is the refund procedure?

We generally do not offer refunds on our cases since they are individually made for you, but in the rare case that your case is not replaceable or not customised we will provide you a full refund of the case amount minus the shipping charges.

The shipping charges for two-way would be Rs.399 through FedEx/Aramex therefore this amount will be deducted from your refund amount while crediting it. All returned products must be in original packaging else Rs.100 will be deducted from the total refund amount. Refund process may take up to 1-2 weeks after it has been received. This is the final company policy and no changes or adjustments will be entertained at the time of refund.


What is not covered by Replacement/Refund Policy?
  • Normal wear and tear of product use
  • Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use
  • Case damaged due to drop/falling on rough surface/ground
  • Use of the product other than for its intended purpose
  • Damage caused by improper or unauthorised repair or maintenance
  • Product that has been modified or altered
